Shipping Information and Policy. 

If you find an item or axolotl that you would like to purchase, please email me or message my Facebook page for details, I will need your phone number, address, zip code, and email address for shipping and your choice of shipping. I accept PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp. 

When shipping axolotl you want no more than 3 day shipping for the axolotl's safety, I recommend overnight or 2 day shipping. At our location it takes an extra day for overnight to get to the nearest airport, so it is typically 2 day shipping for axolotls. Though if you choose 2 day shipping your axolotl should arrive on the estimated delivery date. When the Axolotl arrives take a picture of the box unopened, opened, and before touching the axolotl take another picture and send them to me. 🙂

To insure that the axolotl arrives in good condition I ship them in a thick Styrofoam shipping box to make sure the axolotl is kept at a good temperature throughout shipping, I also add some padding and a couple cold packs to be sure the axolotl stays under 75 degrees. 

However if the axolotl arrives DOA, put the axolotl in fresh water asap, the axolotl may just need oxygen from the water and should start moving its gills then soon the rest of its body, however if it doesn't start moving within a few hours I a can refund the amount you paid for the axolotl except for the shipping cost, the shipping cost in non refundable. Or if you do not want a refund I can replace the axolotl if the buyer pays shipping. (only if I have a replacement available.)
