Axolotls can be housed in a bin, tank (aquarium), or tupperware, depending on their size and the water filtration system.
You should have at least 20 gallons of water per axolotl over 5-6 inches long, though if they are smaller they don't need as much.
Axolotls can have Live Plants, Silk Plants, rock/plastic/wood hides and sand they can ONLY have sand if they are 5 inches long or larger, make sure any plants or hides they have dont have any sharpe edges that can harm an axolotl. Axolotls CANNOT have gravel, small rocks or sharp objects that can harm them if consumed.
Axolotl should be kept at around 65 degrees, a minimum of 55 degrees and a maximum of 75 degrees, any temperature 75 and over can be harmful to axolotls and can potentially lead to death.
Newly hatched or baby axolotl that cannot eat larger worms get will eat Baby-Adult Brine Shrimp, Daphina, Microworms, Bloodworms, etc
